1 killed, 17 wounded in Berwick after vehicle crashes into fire victims’ fundraising

Horrific incident occurred in Berwick. One person was killed, and 17 others were injured when a vehicle drove into a crowd of people holding up posters in support of families who had lost their homes in a fire. The gathering was standing outside a pub.

At one point, there were as many as fourteen patients at Geisinger Hospital who were in a severe condition.

On Saturday evening about 6:15, the bar located inside the Berwick In toxicology Department made a request for protection from the state police.

According to the police, a car plowed into a party that was going on.

According to what Petroski said, a male citizen of Nescopeck County assaulted a female resident of the county. He said that the police discovered the body of a female victim. In each incident, authorities detained a male suspect for questioning and arrest.

The police have not disclosed any information on the identity of the suspect or the charges that have been filed against him. According to Petroski, the law enforcement officers who are now on the scene are attempting to discover if the suspect intentionally drove into the crowd.
